CareConnections System Updates
12/9/2010
NEW FORMS AVAILABLE DECEMBER 15, 2010
As noted in our previous news post, CareConnections will be updating its forms to incorporate the Global Rating of Change (GRC) scale. The GRC scale will replace the previous Perceived Improvement Index. New forms will be posted on December 15, 2010 but will not go into use until January 1st.
The current quarter runs from October 1 to December 31, 2010. Patients discharging from treatment in this time range should continue to complete the original forms with the Perceived Improvement Index. New patients and Patients discharging January 1, 2011 and forward should be given the new forms with the GRC scale.
NEW WEB SITE INTEGRATION
The new web site will go live on January 11, 2011. This will give all existing customers time to enter the last of their patient discharges from the 4th quarter. NOTE: After January 10th, you will no longer be able to enter Perceived Improvement values, so it is critical that you update your forms and make the change so that you do not end up with unusable data. Discharge paperwork collected with GRC between January 1st and 10th may be entered on or after January 11th.
